Sam Sadat has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has participated in more than 2,500 transactions as a principal, partner, lender, and broker. Throughout his career, he has helped countless investors understand the complexities of real estate, empowering them to apply their knowledge with confidence and work toward financial independence.
Sam immigrated to the United States more than 40 years ago as a teenager and earned degrees in
physics and engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. After spending a year in engineering, he discovered that his true passion lay in networking and building relationships. This realization led him to obtain his real estate license and launch his first company, Aim Financial. Within a few years, Aim Financial became one of the top-producing brokerage firms in Los Angeles.
In 1994, Sam faced a major turning point when his home in Santa Monica and several other investments were destroyed in the Northridge Earthquake (January 17,1994). He took nearly a year-long sabbatical to reflect, meditate, and hike in the Rocky Mountains. The experience proved transformative, and in 1996 he returned with renewed clarity and purpose, founding Global Financial Network, which quickly grew into a top funding firm.
Driven by a deep passion for education, Sam established the Sam Sadat Real Estate Club in 2003 to
create a practical, supportive learning environment for investors. He later developed VIP Mentorship Programs designed to provide affordable, hands-on guidance. Sam emphasizes the importance of continuous education in manageable steps, believing it to be essential for long-term success in an ever- evolving real estate market.
Beyond mentoring, Sam has hosted his own radio show, spoken at seminars and workshops, appeared on television and radio programs, and written for leading real estate publications. He is the author of the bestselling book Free and Clear – The Inside Secrets of Home Mortgage Financing, which has helped thousands of individuals take control of their financial future.
Sam believes that true success extends beyond financial achievement to include personal, mental, and spiritual growth.
