July Real Estate Club Meeting — IN-PERSON Mixer
July 1 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
On Wednesday, July 1, 2026
Sam’s Real Estate Club Presents:
Educational and Networking Mixer
Sam Sadat
Founder & President | Sam’s Real Estate Club & Greater LA REIA
By popular demand, our in-person Mixer is back!
This special mixer-style meeting is designed to help you connect and build relationships with fellow real estate investors in a relaxed, interactive setting. Instead of a long presentation, you’ll have more time to mingle, exchange ideas, share opportunities, and learn from one another. We’ll still feature valuable real estate insights, tips, and resources—what we like to call a night of “edutainment,” where education meets entertainment. Enjoy appetizers and wine as you network and grow your real estate circle. Active VIP members attend free as part of their benefits, but space is limited, so RSVP is required.

South Hall (on the right when you enter the parking lot)
3376 Motor Avenue
