True to his mentorship, Sam provided us with an outstanding training which provided us with another strategy that we would not have thought to consider. RayInvesting in real estate requires a different set of language. I believe that in order to be successful in real estate, we must understand and speak in real estate terms. At the terminology workshop, Sam has taught us the basic fundamental building blocks of the real estate language. It was like taking English 101 all over again. The class was very informative, it was exciting, and it was fun!!
David K.I was very glad to have attended the VIP’s continuing education program. I learned a lot. Foremost, how to calculate rate of return on your money when invested in income generating properties. It was amazing to learn that the less you invest using your money, the greater rate of return increases for the same property. Also called leverage. I always heard about it but not until now, after doing the math, I learned how it could effect your income and rate of return.

I’ve been investing for the last 8 years and I found that there was information that I forgot about as well as misunderstood that was clarified. Moreover, networking with the other members was invaluable.

I am new into this industry and have just recently started establishing contacts with several General Contractors and Investors and so far things look to go in a positive direction.
